Interior facilities
- For the first set of 2 communicating cottages (Strawberry and Raspberry), each with 3 separate areas upstairs with 1 double bed (parents’ bedroom) and 2 single beds (children's room) each, which makes in total 3 double beds and 6 single beds. 1 bathroom downstairs with a spacious shower and separated toilets + 1 bathroom upstairs with a low bathtub (comfortable to give a bath to babies) and toilets + 1 sink and toilets + 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower and separated toilets. So in total, 2 showers, 1 bathtub, and 5 toilets.
- For the third cottage (Blackberry), two separate areas upstairs with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower, and toilets upstairs and downstairs so 2 toilets in total.
- That makes 7 WC in total at the property.
- 2 washing machines and 1 separate big dryer. As well in each bathroom, lines for wet clothes and 3 towel heaters.
- 2 fully equiped kitchens: in the main dinner room 3 gas rings and 1 electric ring, 2 others vitroceramic hobs in the moddern kitchens. 3 refrigerators and 2 freezers. 2 microwave ovens and 2 large electric ovens with roasting spits. 3 dishwashers.
- Electric floor heating, portable electric or oil bath heaters in the rooms, heat recovery system behind the fireplace and a pump making the water circulate in thermostatic radiator valves (TVR). Contribution for using the wood as an option : 30euros/WE and 60 euros/week.
- Downstairs you can find tiles on the floor of the lounge rooms. Upstairs you will find parquet floor in bedrooms, and tiles in bathrooms.
- 2 TV sets in the living rooms of Raspberry and Blackberry cottages.
- Folders with additional information are available in every cottage.

Pour ceux qui ont l'intention de transformer nos salons ou le jardin en boite de nuit, merci de choisir un autre lieu, plus approprié à votre évènement. Il nous importe de respecter la tranquilité de nos voisins, en semaine comme le week-end.
Feux d'artifice non autorisés. Silence extérieure à respecter à partir de 22h.
Une location NON FUMEUR
Nous demandons à nos hôtes de bien vouloir respecter la consigne NON FUMEUR dans les intérieurs comme stipulé dans le contrat et à l'entrée de chaque espace de vie. De nombreux cendriers, et pots remplis avec du sable pour les mégots sont mis à disposition en extérieur.
Savoir consommer avec MODERATION
Les beuveries ne sont pas les bienvenues dans ce gîte! Nous invitons les consommateurs occasionnels d'alcool à ne pas boire dans l'espace de la piscine afin d'éviter tout risque de verre brisé dans l'eau ce qui pourrait être dangereux pour les baigneurs. De même dans le jardin où les enfants aiment à courir pieds nus.
